The 190-acre Lester George-designed 18-hole championship course is a classic Scottish highland-type design incorporating the dramatic topography of the property. Featuring 50- to 70-foot elevation changes, fairways as wide as 150 yards, and old-style, gouged-out, roughed-out bunkers the course will set new benchmarks in modern golf course design. Architect: Lester’s design of Kinloch Golf Club, currently ranked #29 by Golf Digest and #1 in Virginia among both private and public facilities, is a true testament to his talent and knowledge of exceptional golf course design. Bill Kubly and Landscapes Unlimited continue to prove why they are the most respected course developer in the industry. Landscapes Unlimited completed work on Sutton Bay Golf Club in Agar, South Dakota, in 2003, which has been awarded “Golf Development of the Year” by Golf, Inc., “Best New Private Golf Course” by Golf Digest.
