About Texas State University-San Marcos:

The Texas State Golf Course is open to University students,
faculty, staff and the community. The golf course is located on Post Road just
off Aquarena Springs Drive, across from Bobcat Stadium.
The historic course was designed by Arthur Birch Rogers and
built in 1928. Rogers is best known as developer of the headwaters of the San
Marcos River as a tourist and recreational attraction.
The regulation 9-hole course features 2,850 yards of golf
from the longest tees for a par of 34.
