The 9-hole "Meadowbrook" course at the Meadowbrook facility in Kilgore, Texas features all the hallmarks of Texas golf. Designed by Tillman C. Wilcox, the Meadowbrook golf course opened in 1932. The course plays host to the annual Meadowbrook Classic Golf Tournament dating back to 1937. Many former and current touring pros have played on this course, and it is consistently rated as one of the best 9 hole golf facilities in the state.
