Wanumetonomy Golf and Country Club, located on Brown's Lane in Middletown, RI, is one of Aquidneck Island's oldest and most picturesque golf courses. Located only 5 miles from downtown Newport and designed by Seth Raynor in 1922, one of golf's top course architects of the 20th century, Wanumetonomy has been the site of many prestigious events over the years, including the USGA Amateur qualifying rounds in 1995 and RI Open.
