The South Course, a par 71 covering 7,055 yards of wooded, rolling terrain, has long been considered a championship caliber golf course. It has often been listed among the "Top 100" Classical Courses (currently 69th) in the nation by Golfweek, and a perennial fixture on Golf Digest’s Top 100 list for many years. The South Course has been the venue for many recognizable national events. It was the site of the 51st PGA Championship in 1969, won by Ray Floyd, the 41st U.S. Women's Open in 1986, won by Jane Geddes, the 1998 U.S. Mid Amateur won by Spider Miller and most recently the site of the 2005 U.S. Senior Open Championship, won by Allen Doyle.
The North Course is a prairie style, links type golf course with a par of 70 covering a total of 6,828 yards. The North Course is a perfect compliment to the South Course, offering a welcomed change of pace while still offering a stern test of golf. NCR is one of the few facilities that can boast of two Dick Wilson signature golf courses, within the unique setting of Southwest Ohio. NCR’s North Course has also hosted the qualifying portion of the 1998 U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship. Additionally, both the North and South Courses have hosted many local, state, and regional amateur and professional events.
