he golf course was designed by USGA architect Nicholas Psiahas. The original 9 holes were opened in 1990. A second 9 holes were added in 1999. It is by far one of the most outstanding 18 hole, par 72 championship courses in the Northeast. This exceptional layout was carved into the natural terrain of the beautiful & majestic Blackhead Mountains of the Northern Catskills. It offers not only breathtaking scenery, but a tremendous challenge as well. There are water hazards, bunkers, doglegs and two-tier greens. Strategical shot placement will aid you on some of the narrow, tree-lined fairways. The breath taking views and serene atmosphere make this golf course very special. And, because of the extreme amount of TLC that is placed into the maintenance of this course by USGA Superintendent Edward Maassmann & his staff, it has proudly established the reputation of always being beautifully manicured and in great condition.
