Adams Country Club, previously named Tomacy's Golf Course, is a Public, 9 hole golf course located in Adams, New York.
Adams Country Club opened for play in 1959. The course was designed by Alvin Thomas and Ron Elmer.
This scenic course, built on rolling hills, is not too strenuous to walk. The fairways are tree lined but open, and the small greens are undulating. Water hazards come into play on at least three occasions. The signature hole is #4, a 378-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot up a dogleg right fairway, then an uphill approach shot to an elevated green located on top of a hill.
The course has alternate tee positions for those who want to do a double loop 18. If playing 18, par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 6,635 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 6,036 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 12, a par-5 that plays to 580 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 2, a par-3 that plays to 150 yards from the back tees.
