About Championship Golf Course At University of New Mexico:
Since its opening in 1967, the Championship Golf Course at the University of New Mexico remains one of the finest golfing venues in the nation. Not long ago, we were rated the #1 course to play in New Mexico by Golfweek Magazine.
The Championship Golf Course also has a long history of college tournaments hosting the 2nd longest running college tournament, the William H. Tucker Invitational and in Women's college golf, the Dick McGuire Intercollegiate since 1979. UNM has also hosted many NCAA Golf Championships.
