About Packanack Golf Club:

n the Spring of 1963 the Packanack Lake Golf Association was formed. It was determined that values of homes in Packanack would be enhanced by the presence of a golf course and a 9 hole golf course would be built. Early in 1964 the Packanack Golf Club Corporation was formed and on April 7 work commenced. The course opened for play on May 8, 1965.

There have been many changes since the course first opened. It now has multiple tee areas that makes the original 9 hole course feel and play like 18 and a computerized sprinkler system keeps the greens in better shape then many other exclusive golf clubs in the area. The new golf clubhouse has been in use since 1988, at 3,500 square feet it includes locker rooms, pro shop with an adjoining 575 square foot patio.
