Rock Barn Golf & Spa is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and features 36 holes of award-winning golf. The Robert Trent Jones, Jr. Course, a recipient for multiple awards and honors, is ranked 19th in the state by North Carolina Magazine.The 18-hole Jones layout is the more challenging of Rock Barn’s courses and is truly a championship course. It takes full advantage of the terrain as well as Lyle Creek, which meanders throughout the property. It features 7,125 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 74.7 and it has a slope rating of 140 on Bermuda grass. The Jones Course was awarded best new Course in the state by North Carolina magazine in 2003.
