It is surrounded by huge bluffs and is populated with ancient cottonwood trees. The name of this oasis is Marias Valley and it is the scenic back drop to one, Marias Valley Golf Course.

Marias Valley Golf Course is an eighteen hole championship golf course on the Marias River. It offers a quality golf experience at an affordable price. The course has very large bent grass greens and four sets of tees, designed to satisfy any level of golfer. Bring a full bag of clubs when you come to play at Marias Valley because you will probably use every one of them.

Marias Valley Golf Course is a great place to hideaway and play a quick round of golf. Tee times are almost always available in the Shelby golf community, and there is a wide range of promotions, events, and leagues to participate in throughout the year. The course is open from March 1st through November 30th of each year.

The facility includes a driving range, practice area, fully stocked Pro Shop, full bar, snack bar, and big event tent for large tournaments. The Shelby golf professional staff provides a full lesson schedule, as well as expertise in running tournaments and group outings.
