About Fawn Crest Golf Course:

Fawn Crest Golf Course was purchased in April 2007 from Ronald Webber. He designed and built this beautiful golf course out of the National Manistee National Forest in 1985. It was owned and run by his family until 2007. Both Lee and I grew up in the Ovid-Elsie Michigan area. Lee discovered this course when he was here steel head fishing. Along with the fish he caught, this golf course caught his attention. Purchasing this golf course was a big decision and after some ups and downs we were the NEW owners of Fawn Crest Golf Course. We left the decision in God’s hands, so it must have been meant to be!!

The course is run by Lee and his son Jeremiah. I visit on the weekends because I am still working as a medical coding specialist in Lansing, MI. We have four children, four grand children, and many sisters and brothers whom all encouraged us and helped us with this life changing event.

This 9-hole course plays to all skill levels. The course's venue includes a high quality proshop, practice range, and a relatively short 9-hole course. If you're looking for an enjoyable round of golf, give Fawn Crest Golf Course a visit!
