About Silver Lake Country Club:

Silver Lake Country Club was founded in 1923 by a farmer with a wild dream. Carl Young, a third generation horse farmer, was inspired to develop a golf course. With the help of a few investors, SLCC had 9 holes open in 1925. Thru the years the club grew and prospered. In 1960 SLCC acquired one of the great players in the state of Michigan, Thom Rosely, as their golf professional. In 1967, Rosely and another gentleman bought controlling interest of the club. Today the Rosely family still has controlling interest of the club! We invite you to experience what SLCC has to offer. You will enjoy a semi-private golf club with a Private Country Club atmosphere. And we hope you will find the mature landscape, rolling fairways, and meticulously manicured greens and tees to be a treat when you play!
