The Owosso Country Club is a premier private country club located in the historic town of Owosso, Michigan; a short drive from Lansing, Flint and Saginaw. Founded in 1923, the Owosso Country Club is a family-oriented Club that offers a classic 18-hole golf course and the area's finest dining and social facilities.
The Owosso Country Club is celebrated as a great achievement in golf course architecture. The first nine holes of the course were designed in 1923 by heralded course designer Tom Bendelow, who built many other highly acclaimed courses including Medinah Country Club and Olympia Fields Country Club in Chicago. Rich in history, golf legends Walter Hagen, Arnold Palmer, Jackie Burke, Chick Harbert and Walter Burkemo have walked the fairways at Owosso Country Club. The Club has hosted many professional and amateur events including two Michigan PGA Championships in 1955 and 1965.
