Since opening in the late 70's, Candlestone has stood as one of West Michigan's finest golf courses.

Candlestone Golf & Resort is a golf course fortunate to have had the benefit of shaping from two distinguished course architects. When Candlestone first opened in 1978, it was originally designed by Jerry Matthews. In 2009, under the direction of our new ownership, the course got a much-needed facelift under the direction of Michael Husby. The course these men shaped and reshaped takes full advantage of the natural terrain here, once an apple orchard. Majestic pines and hardwoods line the fairways with rolling terrain, beautiful fairways and lush greens.
