About Columbia Country Club:
Columbia Country Club was founded in 1898, and in 1911 the golf course was designed by amateur champion Walter J. Travis. Since its inception, Columbia has hosted a number of prominent golf tournaments, most notably the United States Open Championship in 1921 and the United States Junior Amateur Championship in 2003.
