Tucked away in the rolling hills of Northern Kentucky, Traditions Golf Club is a haven for golf enthusiasts. The Club opened in the Spring of 1992 with a mission to bring the time honored standards of the game and present golf as it should be to golfers in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio and Northern Kentucky area.
From its beginning, the Championship 18-hole course found immediate favor in the golfing community attracting a large contingent of 'serious' players. Traditions quickly received acclaim by being ranked in the “Top 10 New Private Golf Clubs in the United States” in 1992 by Golf Digest, which publishes a biannual listing of the top 100 new golf courses. The Club is equally proud that Golf Digest has also rated it as one of the “Ten Best in the Commonwealth of Kentucky” for sixteen consecutive years. The legendary Club has also been the site for the 1999 Kentucky PGA Championship, 2001-2011 Greater Cincinnati Golf Association Metropolitan Championships, 2004 Kentucky Amateur, 2008 Big East Tournament, four USGA National Qualifier events and host of the Kentucky Open in August of 2012.
