About The Oaks Golf Club:

Originally opened in 1995, The Oaks Golf Club started as a semi-private club. As the economy weakened, and attendance went down, the Club transitioned to a public course.
Sitting on 147 acres, The Oaks is a unique and challenging par 72 layout unlike any other course in the area. The 18 hole layout meanders through the hills and the tight fairways are both challenging and picturesque.
Fairways are Bermuda, and the Greens are Bent Grass and are widely acknowledged to be the best in 100 miles.
In 2013, The Oaks will be the home course of the Russell Boys Golf Team, the Raceland Boys Golf Team, and the Greenup Girls Team.
Since the change in ownership back in November 2012, club memberships have increased from 23, to almost 70. Don’t miss the boat.
