Purgatory Golf Club is located just North of Indianapolis in Noblesville, Indiana. With no less than six tees on each hole, Purgatory invites players of all skill levels. Purgatory has the longest sets of tees (7,754 yards from the tips) as well as the shortest (4,562 yards from the far forwards) in Indiana. This little slice of heaven is well known throughout the state for its bunkering and the visual effect it creates on each hole. There are more than 125 bunkers strategically placed throughout the course with each one prepared to catch your ball. Bent grass is used to outline the course from tee to green with tall fescue grasses offering a challenge to any wayward shot. You don’t have to be a low-handicap golfer to enjoy Purgatory Golf Club, but you do have to love a challenge. Stretched out over 218 acres, this links-style course has something for all skill levels, and provides a glorious golf experience that will keep you coming back.
