Fairfield Plantation Golf Club is a semi-private course that originally opened in 1974; it is part of a lake and golf community in Villa Rica, GA 45 minutes West of Atlanta. In 2011 the Willard Byrd design underwent a total renovation of all 18 greens, and has returned to its original state and again, earned a place as on of the Atlanta area's best daily-fee tracks. Despite measuring a modest 6,630 yards, this is a demanding course with a number of tight fairways that require strategic placement.
