Heritage Springs is an active, 55+ adult resort-style country club community surrounded by other exceptional residential communities in Trinity, Florida. Located in the southwestern area of Pasco county, it is a convenient distance from the Tampa International Airport and from the cultural and business centers of Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg.

Our 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Ron Garl, is just the right place to hone your skills year round. And if tennis is your game, you will enjoy playing on our soft surface tennis courts across from the clubhouse. Or you may want to join friends on the bocce court. The fitness center is supervised by our trainer who can help you design a personal exercise program.

Located inside the clubhouse are the library, with computers for internet access, an arts and crafts room for painting, sewing, scrapbooking and ceramics, complete with a kiln, card rooms and a billiard room. Numerous clubs and classes meet here and offer opportunities for participating in drama, photography, line dancing, and much more. Our performing arts center hosts top name entertainers and is the venue for viewing movies.

Dances, parties, wedding receptions and other gatherings are held in the banquet facility. Food service is provided by our chef and his staff for both special events and for residents and their friends who dine in the Fountain Vue Restaurant.
