Cheval Golf & Country Club is a private club dedicated to providing a quality experience for its members and their guests. Located in Lutz, just 20 minutes north of Tampa International Airport, Cheval is a premier facility offering extraordinary golf and world-class tennis.
Not your typical Florida course, Cheval has elevation changes, drains well, has water in play on 17 holes, has just under 100 strategically-placed sand bunkers, and has wall-to-wall irrigation. Four sets of tees provide a challenge to golfers of all ability levels on this par-72 layout that features five par 3s and five par 5s.

The clubhouse, which is currently being renovated and is scheduled to reopen in December 2009, includes men’s and ladies’ locker rooms, well-stocked golf shop, and main dining room and cocktail lounge overlooking Lake Cheval. Housed at the nearby Cheval Athletic Club are Organic Blends Cafe, a poolside Cabana Tiki Bar, nine lighted Har-Tru clay tennis courts with full-service tennis shop, a competition length swimming pool, fitness center and children’s playground.
