Hot Springs Village, Arkansas is an award-winning recreational community with numerous facilities including nine regulation golf courses. That's 162 holes of golf!

The nine courses are: Balboa Golf Course, Coronado Golf Course, Cortez Golf Course, DeSoto Golf Course, Diamante Country Club (private course), Granada Golf Course, Isabella Golf Course, Magellan Golf Course. and Ponce de Leon Golf Course.

Village property owners' love for golf is fairly obvious, and the demand for quality golf keeps all the courses active with an average of 60,000 rounds per year per course.

Magellan Golf Course began as a golf school in 1996. This par-72 course was ranked 8th in Golf Digest's Top New Private Courses in 1997. The course has a stream running right through it. The course layout measures 6,494 yards from the back tees and 4,877 yards from the forward tees. The natural setting is beautiful and the practice facilities are superb.
